SHAH ALAM: Sand-mining contractors in Selangor have signed an integrity pact with state-owned Kumpulan Semesta Sdn Bhd (KSSB) to weed out corruption in the industry.
Similar pacts would be introduced in other state subsidiaries and their contractors, with the pact being a prerequisite for them to take part in the tender process, said Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim.
