SHAH ALAM: Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan (YBK) will find it hard to fully implement its new five-year transformation programme under the current Selangor state government, said Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
The Prime Minister said the programme was "conditional", as the poverty eradication foundation would need to get back the 473ha of land in Serendah seized by the state government in 2010 to fund its programmes.
