SHAH ALAM: The High Court here has dismissed with cost, an injunction applied by three Orang Asli from the Temuan tribe against the Selangor state government and two others to stop mining, digging and other activities on a disputed land.
Justice Lim Yee Lan delivered the decision in chambers here yesterday.
