Sacked ‘Utusan Malaysia’ journalist Hata joins DAP


KUALA LUMPUR: Sacked Utusan Malaysia journalist and former National Union of Journalist president Mohamed Hata Wahari has joined DAP.

Hata, 43, said following his sacking from Utusan last year he had been mulling the future and decided to join DAP as it could provide him the platform to bring up issues of freedom of the press and information.
