GEORGE TOWN: The odd-job worker who allegedly left his six-year-old daughter alone and hungry in a house off Perak Road has been released on bail.
A police spokesman said the 49-year-old man was released pending a medical and psychiatric report from the Penang Hospital on whether the girl had been abused.
