KUALA LUMPUR: A systematic management procedure is necessary for the recruitment of foreign maids, said the Malaysian Association of Foreign Domestic Maid Agencies (Papa).
Papa acting president Jeffrey Foo said this would help overcome the misunderstanding between the Government and countries offering domestic maids to Malaysia.
