SHAH ALAM: Former Selangor Mentri Besar Dr Mohamad Khir Toyo has been ordered by the High Court to enter his defence for obtaining two lots of land and a house below the actual price through a company director.
In his ruling, Justice Mohtarudin Baki said the prosecution had succeeded in proving a prima facie case against Dr Khir, whose pregnant wife Zahrah Kechik was also present in the packed courtroom yesterday.
