MALACCA: A fire broke out at the Medan Samudera building opposite the Maritime Museum in Jalan Quayside, destroying more than 15 handicraft and food outlets.
The fire is believed to have started at the middle section of a corridor on the ground floor where some of the food operators were preparing to open for business yesterday.
