KUALA LUMPUR: The Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) is ramping up on the enforcement of public transport with the coming into force of the Land Public Transport Act 2010.
SPAD enforcement and training general manager Mejar Jeneral (Rtd) Datuk Paduka Che Hasni Che Ahmad said the commission's duties were to improve the service, safety and comfort of land public transport through consistent and effective enforcement.
