PKFZ: Law firm disqualified from holding watching brief (Updated)

SHAH ALAM: Law firm Messrs Skrine & Co has been disqualified from holding a watching brief on behalf of the Port Klang Authority (PKA) in the criminal trial involving the Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) scandal.

The order for disqualification came after High Court judge Justice Siti Mariah Ahmad allowed a revision application by Kuala Dimensi Sdn Bhd former project manager Law Jenn Dong to set aside a Sessions Court decision that permitted Skrine to hold watching brief.
