KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Bar has passed a no-confidence motion against key performance indicators (KPIs) for the judiciary and wants them withdrawn.
Members who attended the Bar’s 65th annual general meeting (AGM) yesterday said the KPIs introduced by Chief Justice Tun Zaki Azmi did not serve the interests of justice and litigants.
