KOTA KINABALU: Heritage Sabah, which opposes the proposed 16-storey shopping mall and hotel near the 105-year-old Atkinson Clock Tower here, said that any decision on the matter should take into account the views of all stakeholders, including non-governmental organisations.
Heritage Sabah spokesman Richard Nelson Sokial said history had taught Sabahans not to be complacent about issues affecting them.
