Floods: More evacuated in Kedah and Perlis


ALOR SETAR: The number of flood evacuees in Kedah hit more than 28,000 Thursday morning, up 1,000 from Wednesday figure, after the flood situation worsened in four districts.

Kubang Pasu, Kota Setar, Pokok Sena and Pendang recorded a higher number of people forced to leave their homes although the situation in Padang Terap has improved.
