PUTRAJAYA: Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim lost his appeal to obtain medical reports of three Kuala Lumpur Hospital (KLH) doctors who examined sodomy complainant Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan.

In dismissing Anwar’s appeal for access to the documents, Court of Appeal judge Justice Zaleha Zahari, who chaired a three-man panel, said an earlier ruling by High Court judge Justice Mohamad Zabidin Mohd Diah to disallow access to the reports was made in the course of the trial which did not finally dispose of his (Anwar’s) right.
