KUALA LUMPUR: Proton Holdings Bhd has confirmed that its car-scrapping programme, the Proton Xchange Programme, has been discontinued as the funding has been fully used up.
In a statement yesterday, Proton said only applications that reached its regional offices on or before Oct 31 would be processed for the rebate vouchers.
