KUALA LUMPUR: A businessman was charged yesterday with making a false statement over his undertaking to contribute RM200mil to a charitable foundation.
Anuar Abd Aziz, 55, claimed trial to making such a statement in relation to a letter of undertaking for the setting up of Yayasan Aziz Azizah.
