JOHOR BARU: About 328 disabled businessmen or 74% of the people who applied for the Disabled People’s Business Assistance Scheme (SBGP-OKU) have been given approval for business ventures totalling RM12.5mil.
“Under the Ninth Malaysia Plan, the Government has allocated RM17mil for the scheme,” Labour department deputy director-general Sabri Karmani said.
