SHAH ALAM: Kajang Municipal councillor Tan Boon Wah has been summoned to have his statement recorded at the Shah Alam district police headquarters yesterday.
Tan, believed to be the last person to have seen Teoh Beng Hock alive at the MACC office, had been served a notice under Section 111 of the Criminal Procedure Code to present himself at the station.
