KUALA LUMPUR: Employers are "allergic" to the minimum wage issue and strongly oppose the proposal to have a RM900 minimum pay across the board for all private sector employees.
In fact, the Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF) wants the wages to be tied to productivity because they say it is the most equitable and fair system practised universally.
