KOTA KINABALU: Former Labuan MP Datuk Suhaili Abdul Rahman was back in court Tuesday to face a charge of making a false statutory declaration before a Justice of the Peace (JP) 14 years ago.
The 48-year-old Labuan Umno chairman claimed trial to using the name Ahmad Suhaily Abdul Rahman (IC number H 0552181) when making the declaration before JP Mohd Naser Mohd Noor. His IC number is 610506-12-5029.
