THE Government should factor in the maintenance costs for buildings under development projects at the construction stage to prevent exceeding the budget and leakages later on, said Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed (BN-Pulai).
He added that cost-overruns could occur during work on development projects due to bad design or specifications.
