Decision on Api Api seat upheld


KOTA KINABALU: The Federal Court has upheld the Election Court’s decision to dismiss a petition challenging the results of the Api Api state seat won by Barisan Nasional’s Datuk Dr Yee Moh Chai in last year’s general election.

Justices Datuk Ariffin Zakaria, Tan Sri Alauddin Mohd Sherif and Datuk Nik Hashim Ab Rahman said they were unanimous in dismissing an appeal against Election Court judge David Wong Dak Wah’s decision on Sept 18.
