KUALA LUMPUR: Former RTM newsreader Ter Ai Chin is appealing against the striking out of her defamation suit against corporate figure Tan Sri Dr Abdul Khalid Sahan who was said to be madly in love with her.
She filed a notice of appeal at the High Court civil registry yesterday through her lawyer Karpal Singh.
