KUALA LUMPUR: Lawyer R. Kenghadharan has filed an application seeking his release from detention under the Internal Security Act (ISA).
His application for a writ of habeas corpus filed by lawyer Gobind Singh Deo at the High Court registry here yesterday named the Internal Security Minister and the Taiping Detention Camp superintendent as respondents.
