No clear image of man’s face or number plates

Police have made public two segments of a video footage captured by a CCTV camera near a shoplot in Petaling Utama, Petaling Jaya, where a sports bag containing the naked body of eight-year-old Nurin Jazlin Jazimin was found. 

Though the footage was enhanced by the FBI in the United States, neither the face of the bagman nor the registration number of the motorcycle could be seen clearly.
