Dentist gets interim injunction

KUALA LUMPUR: A dentist who sued the Malaysian Dental Council for RM150mil has obtained an interim injunction from the High Court to stop the body from conducting an inquiry into a complaint against him. 

High Court Justice Abdul Wahab Patail granted the interim injunction to Dr Mathew Sebastian yesterday pending hearing of an inter-parte application for injunction on Oct 10.
