KUCHING: State Secretary Datuk Wilson Baya Dandot heads the list of 496 recipients to be conferred state awards in conjunction with Sarawak Governor Tun Muhammad Salahuddin Abang Barieng’s 86th birthday on Saturday.
He is the only recipient of the Datuk Amar Bintang Kenyalang award, which carries the title Datuk Amar.
