KUCHING: Twelve anglers on board fishing boat Nur Samariang which developed engine trouble 20 nautical miles off Pulau Satang on Monday were found safe after 45 hours.
Boat owner Dolhan Ahmad, 48, said they tried to get help from the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) using Very High Frequency (VHF) radio system but could not get through.
