KUCHING: Teaching people how to control their temper will go a long way in helping to bring down crime rate.
Many violent crimes could be averted if the potential criminals had been taught to manage their anger better, said Sarawak CID chief Senior Asst Comm II Tun Hisan Tun Hamzah who wants the Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) to consider holding anger management programmes for the public.
