KUANTAN: The Youth and Sports Ministry is drafting a new sports development programme for the disabled that will include special training coaches and making sports facilities more disabled-friendly.
Deputy Youth and Sports Minister Datuk Liow Tiong Lai said the plan, to run from 2008 until 2012, was targeted towards the Paralympics to be held in London in 2012.
