KUANTAN: A thief thought he had got away with a handbag, containing some RM290 and a cell phone. But his victim stumbled upon him while he was emptying the contents of the bag – and nabbed him with the help of passers-by.
The thief had walked into the victim's office in Plaza Gambut and grabbed the handbag. The woman chased after him but gave up after a while.
