KOTA BARU: Police are working with the state Public Works Department to identify strategic areas in Kelantan where speed humps can be built to spoil the fun for Mat Rempit.
State police chief SAC(I) Datuk Zulkifli Abdullah believes that the Mat Rempit will have their activities reduced if there are fewer smooth stretches of roads for them to race on.
