KUALA LUMPUR: Women who are denied their rights to justice at the national-level should be given a chance to have their claims reviewed at the international level by a committee of independent experts.
Groups who met at a one-day workshop yesterday agreed that the Government should allow this move by ratifying an optional protocol to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (Cedaw).
