Basic bank accounts popular

PETALING JAYA: The basic bank accounts offered by commercial banks and finance companies have drawn more than three million users within 18 months.

According to a Bank Negara spokesman, there were 3.4 million users of basic savings accounts (BSAs) and basic current accounts (BCAs) up to last month.
