KUALA LUMPUR: All shopkeepers, retailers and manufacturers marketing and using sugar in factories will have to get licences from the Domestic Trade and Consumers Affairs Ministry.
Its deputy minister Datuk S. Veerasingam said the rule would take effect immediately.
