FANS of Akademi Fantasia 4 winner Mohammad Faizal Ramly are angry at Era deejay Linda Onn for asking if he knew “what a condominium means,” said Kosmo!
Faizal won the competition last Saturday and was interviewed by Linda over the radio station two days later.
Linda had asked if Faizal knew what he had won, and added: “Do you know what a condominium means?”

Kosmo! reported that many fans of Faizal contacted the publication to complain about Linda’s question, saying that it was an insult to Faizal.
Aswani Saat, 27, said: “How could she ask Faizal if he knew what a condominium is?
“To me, the question was meant to put down Faizal’s mentality.”
One of the prizes that Faizal won was an A Famosa Resort condominium in Malacca.
Faizal’s Fan Club spokesman Amran Othman also expressed disappointment over Linda’s question, adding that she was not professional.
Penang Customs seized RM27.6mil worth of smuggled items including luxury cars and kretek cigarettes in operations held between January and July, reported Utusan Malaysia.
Luxury cars worth RM6.5mil top the list, followed by cigarettes (RM1.8mil), ceramic household items (RM1.7mil), alcoholic beverages (RM1.3mil) and various types of drugs (RM132,880).
Also seized were motorcycle tyre tubes (RM139,695), fireworks (RM11,084), mobile phones (RM129,500) and other items such as shoes, medicine and cosmetics (RM4mil).
State director Datuk Sudin Sahak said most of the items were smuggled or brought in using false declarations.
Following the operations, 13 people were arrested and charged in court for false declaration and forging documents.
“The seizures were from 220 operations between January and July this year. Compound fines totalling some RM358,400 were were imposed,” he said.
Sudin added that out of the 42 luxury cars that were seized, 17 were BMWs, 16 Mercedes-Benzes and four Hondas, while the others were of various other makes.
