PUTRAJAYA: An Immigration Department circular had caused confusion to both the public and its own officers because it omitted a reference to Indonesians with permanent resident status.
“Actually, the circular only applied to Indonesian PR holders who had recently applied and acquired new passports through their embassy here,” said Home Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Radzi Sheikh Ahmad.
