KANGAR: Contractors have three months to start work once they are given projects. Their services are liable to be cancelled if they fail to do so, said Works Minister Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu.
A Public Works Department task force would monitor them, he said, adding that the first two months was to give them time for the paperwork, setting up office and bringing in building materials.
