KUALA LUMPUR: Some 250 people representing various non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and residents’ associations unanimously rejected the Water Services Industry Bill and the Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN) Bill that would be tabled in Parliament next month.
They said there were too many loopholes in the Bills.
