IPOH: The Public Accounts Committee, which meets tomorrow, is expected to discuss concerns that the Totalisator Board of Malaysia may have disbursed its annual grants to “undeserving” recipients.
Ipoh Barat MP M. Kulasegaran said he would raise the issue, citing the 2004 annual report, which revealed that one major recipient was the National Academy of Motorsports.
