PETALING JAYA: Disaster management cannot achieve its full purpose if relief work is not well coordinated.
This was the consensus of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), The Force of Nature Aid Foundation (FON) and Mercy Malaysia during a dialogue session to discuss the key lessons learnt one year after the Dec 26 tsunami.
