PUTRAJAYA: Parti Sosialis Malaysia (PSM) has sent a memorandum to Chief Justice Tun Ahmad Fairuz Sheikh Abdul Halim to look into the Court of Appeal’s delay in fixing a date to hear the party’s plea.
The appeal is against a High Court decision on PSM's failure to register as a political party.
