PETALING JAYA: More than 100 buyers of property lots of the stalled Port Villa/Taman Perkasa Indah mixed development project in Port Klang claim they have been short changed as the developer did not have the proper licences and permits from the authorities.
The buyers claimed that the company did not have a developer's licence from the Housing and Local Government Ministry or the approval from the Klang Municipal Council to start the project.
