KUALA LUMPUR: A 43-year-old man was charged in a Sessions Court here with criminal breach of trust involving more than half a million ringgit.
Mohd Fauzi Senapi pleaded not guilty to committing the offence between Feb 20 and Oct 22 in 2003. Judge Rusnani Abdul Rahman set bail at RM60,000 in one surety and ordered Mohd Fauzi to surrender his passport.
