IPOH: A lack of prosecuting officers, including DPPs, at the Sessions courts is among reasons for the slow disposal of criminal cases, Chief Justice Tun Ahmad Fairuz Sheikh Abdul Halim said.
“We have enough Sessions Court judges but criminal cases can be disposed of only if there are enough prosecuting officers.”
