KUALA LUMPUR: A construction company director has claimed trial to committing criminal breach of trust involving RM89,847 three years ago.
Tan Hock Beng, 42, of Sungai Buloh, is alleged to have committed the offence in his capacity as a director of Syarikat Perfect Kamhung Sdn Bhd at the company's premises in MWE Commercial Park in Jalan Kepong on June 7, 2002.
