CONSUMERS have been warned to beware of companies selling new cars fitted with used parts. .
The tabloid Kosmo! reported that the National Consumer Complaints Centre (NCCC) had so far received four complaints of privately-owned companies cheating consumers, including a car buyer who found her new Proton Iswara Aeroback fitted with a used power steering unit.
