CANDIDATES for civil service posts will in future be required to sit for psychological tests to ensure that only those who truly understand the proper work culture are accepted, reported Kosmo! yesterday.
The Public Services Commission chairman Datuk Abdul Wahab Adam said presently the test was only for those in the management and professional groups, adding that the commission wanted to extend it to all sectors in the service as an entry requirement.
