KANGAR: The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) plans to write to the Southern Thailand Hoteliers Association over complaints that Malaysians were forced to surrender their travel documents when they checked into hotels in Haadyai.
TAT Malaysia and Brunei director Sommas Siriwong said she would discuss the requirement with her counterparts in Songkhla.
