PETALING JAYA: Local experts and environmental NGOs have welcomed the Prime Minister’s call to protect the environment but say it is time for Malaysia to implement concrete measures.
Plans must be made and immediately carried out to preserve natural areas at home, Worldwide Fund for Nature Malaysia (WWF) national programme director Dr Dinonysius Sharma said even as he lauded the call for global leaders to manage biodiversity.
